It’s all about the ramen.

Finally, something to cure my ramen fixation.  Spicy miso broth, thin slices of pork, handmade noodles, and an egg to top it all off.  Now if only it was a local place so I could stop wanting it all the time.

Umaido was about as good as I have had since we’ve been in the States.  That’s not saying much but this place was definitely tasty and we will definitely go back if in the area.
